I'm looking to start a Hobby Store Complex. Idealy, it would have an outdoor offroad track next to it and be in a warehouse area. It has great potential in certain area of the city and is a growing ""past time"". It will lean more toward the remote control cars and trucks (electric and gas) but will also have a variety of boats, planes and trains. I have the ""know how"" and the skills to make this work.
