Looking for someone to back an idea to bring a golf practice facility to the Apple Valley area. I would like to raise money off of advertising at the facility rather then charge higher rates to the public to use. Pracitice facilities at golf courses are charging too high of a price and could drive their demand if the price was lowered. I see this facility with two or three putting greens and a large driving range with island greens. If you are interested in backing this idea and making it become a reality please respond.
