Company Overview
RippleSphere, in operation for 3 years, is an LLC in the process of converting to a C-corp. We have a working prototype of the first of a suite of internet applications and alpha testing has shown that the application, as is, is in demand. We have developed a multi-level service offering that compliments the software and has the capability to stand alone. As the software goes into beta test we are moving to larger quarters and will begin offering our services to the public. We are looking for equity partners willing to work with us to kick-start the operation. We have plans to pursue angel investors and venture capital funding as necessary.
