V.P. of Sales

This position will at first be contacting dental practice consultants to become resellers of our software. Our plan is to also contact dentists direct as a follow-up to mailing literature about our software. A secondary markets for this software are dental schools to be used in their dental education program. In the future the position will develop into attending trade shows and giving presentation at dental related continuing education courses, and other similar venues.

Our marketing strategy is to have three sales channels:

1.Direct for $399 through our Web site. www.dentalassociates.biz .

2.Through dental-supply Web businesses. For example, www.net32.com is a dental supply Web business promoting our software. Net32 has 26,000 registered customers.

3.Indirectly through dental consultants. We have signed on one consultant reseller so far, ACT Dental Practice Coaching. WWW.actdent.com
