We are looking for small businesses or members to share our space with. We will have 4500 square feet, most of the floor will be covered with carpet foam and the rest will be covered with mats. We are looking for someone that might teach Yoga, Fencing, Archery, Cheerleading, or maybe someone that wants to build and run a climbing wall. If we have three businesses then our monthly rent on 4500 square feet will be about 700.00 per month. Please let me know of any other ideas that you may have.
