Web Programmer or Designer

I am in search of a web programmer and/or designer that is creative and likes to have fun. You would assist with the creation of a unique, fun and profitable web business and hopefully become a business partner and/or contributor. You would be behind the overall programming and structure of the website. You must be able to take several requested features, tools and requirements for a task and create a dynamic, flexable and interactive application toned to the specifications. You must be able to create websites with a solid stucture and know how to mesh all the pieces into a working, funtional website. You must be able to follow instructions and guidelines, but also be willing to give your own feedback and opinions. You ultimately must be able to take thoughts and ideas and convert them to functional components of the website. This is a very serious business venture. I have already bought the domain names, developed a logo, and have created numerous prototypes.

Position Requirements
Must be productive and skillfull in Flash and Actionscript, Dreamweaver/Frontpage, HTML,
and overall Web Development.
Knowledge of most of the following is preferred: PHP, ASP, NET, CSS, HTML, ActionScript, JavaScript and XML, HTML and FLASH development, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Illustrator, etc.
A portfolio and a degree is strongly requested. All others with more skills, tools and gifts are also welcomed to assist! Just send me information on how you can help.
