what im looking for is someone to handle the marketing aspects of the project. required experience that can run the business in a professional manner with me. Also the canidate would be responsible for employment, negotating with other bar owners to take over the property to establish our franchise in the future. definitly finding new ways how to expand the property is key, if we reach full capacity, then I want that candadit to know what we need to do to make are business better and successful if it starts of slow or fast. nothing to suffisticated just know what your doing is key and me having confidence in that canadite is what I need. With starting up a franchise, I know me and my co-partner will be in it together with evaluating other commecial sites, and arranging the money. . The canadite will have to be responsible in handling important casualties in websites and fliers as for promotion.

Position Requirements
experience is a must if the business should sky rocket. experience should be an important factor in this business, so we won't have to turn to anybody else for help it will just be are own business. education or non education I just want someone that is that is responsible with common sense, that has the basic or good education skills, preferbly math and communication skills and not afraid of the night life. I think someone with a long history about 3 years the most would be good .
