This position will be responsible for driving the overall strategy for starting a cafe/bakery
iWorkplay is a startup company with no established brand and no established customer base. As such, it will be an essential and important factor that the qualified candidate has experience in a startup environment, preferably within the food industry.

Position Requirements
Must have experience in working, starting and maintaining a cafe/bakery. As well as have knowledge of acquiring food licences.

Company Overview
I would like to open a cafe/bakery/kitchen rental establishment. I am trying to open a catering business but find it difficult to locate usable space that has the proper food licenses and space to produce my baked products. I know there are several aspiring yet frustrated chefs that have a great concept but cannot find a place to really stress test its viability. The idea is basically a two for one deal. We'll operate as a cafe/bakery by day and rent out space in the evening. We can even extend the space to accomodate cooking parties, or local events when renting a hall seems a bit formal or too expensive. We want to be part of the community in terms of sponsorship of teams/charities as well as a meeting place for Mommy and Me meetings.
