Business genius

At this point I'm considering a partner but this would have to be with someone I can get along with.Someone who can have the same Mcdonalds vision that I have.A good marketing background would be important to me.If a company were to approach me I would entertain the thought of licensing the name and software out with certain stipulations.For example,they handle the marketing and fulfillment,I handle the software development for the different markets.I would also consider Franchising after the first market is developed.Right now I'm open and flexible to suggestions,I believe the service is solid and fills a need in this billion dollar industry,it just needs to be communicated properly and honestly.I would need help with pricing yearly subscriptions possibly with market studies.This technology can be developed for all lotteries and all markets and since I am just one person doing everything,having someone else to do everything else would be an asset.
