Co-founder sought for CEO/COO or Management role
I'm looking for an individual with previous CEO/COO experience in a web Software as a service(Saas) start-up, to jump on board the management team of a project currently in development scheduled for a summer 2008 beta release in exchange for equity. This service focuses on event promoters and event promotion. With more than one key competitive advantage that has to date not been exploited by existing services of a similar nature.
