The Department of Labor published a statistic that states the Commercial Cleaning is one of the top five industries to grow by 2014. I am seeking a business partner/financing to aquire a commercial cleaning franchise: Jan-Pro Intl. I am looking for $25,000 in either debt or equity financing (negotiable), which guaranteed by Jan-Pro provides us with pre-established accounts within 120 days of a minimum of $100,000 a year gross billings. Training is provided on sight for five weeks, as well as all supplies. I have hired a business operations manager who has been in the commercial cleaning industry for 15 years.

I am looking for a Partner who is willing to invest $25,000 and be compensated in cash or in equity. Open to discussing whether partner will be a silent partner or an active business development partner. Both are accepted.
