Partner/Management
This position will be responsible for driving the overall structure of Business Solutions to reach its goals. Business Solutions is a startup company with no established brand and few clients. As such, it will be an essential and important factor that the qualified candidate has experience in a startup environment, preferably within the service industry. The ideal candidate will also be excellent as working in a team environment and creating innovative and critical solutions. The main responsibilities would be one or more of the following; operations, marketing, finance, human capital, administrative, upper management.

Position Requirements
Must have 2 or more years of general business experience.

Business Solutions is currently looking to partner with other business leaders who would like to be a part of a new company. Our company is a professional service company with eighteen subsidiary companies. We are currently looking for seven partners to join this company. The primary objective is to assist developing the company services as a team with the people we work with now. Also, another objective would be is to support client relation and future growth. A degree in business would be beneficial but not required. Payment is based on compensation and bonuses are regularly given for performance.
