I am the founder of PowerPlace Software, Inc. a developer of recruitment (or Applicant Tracking) software to the staffing industry for over 17 years. We have a fantastic, robust product, but have no sales/marketing expertise (kind of like a Ferrari without an engine!)
I am looking for one or two partners with strong experience in hands-on business development and some captial, to help take this underperforming company and turn it into a world-class operation.
Seeking partner(s) to help expand and manage the company's business development side. Experience in the staffing industry not necessary, but would be a plus.

I am president and founder of a software company with specialized ATS or recruitment software. While the company has been in operation for 17 years and the software is very mature, I have been involved with other projects after the bubble burst in 2000 ... and the company has been in hibernation for the past few years. I am seeking a business partner to help grow the business through business development, sales & marketing. In addition to these skills, the ideal partner will have experience in the staffing and/or HR space and bring funding. The funding is for expansion and for building the next generation web-version to take the product global. This is a 150+ billion dollar industry ... and growing!
