I have a self storage building tht is located near Newark airport and is approx 90,000 sq ft on a major road with lots of traffic. I think it is perfect foor a days in , holiday inn etc. The existing building could be utilized and we have enough parking we could also do car rental from another building on the site . we have large frontage and are very visable. I would like a hotel motel operator as a partner we are builders and could do the conversion
