Itrans is a web application framework for data-document workflows and collaborative project management. It has grown from a simple file networking application to an integrated agent to office workflow system, and now a nearly completed prototype of a homeowners (fsbo)transaction system.
Real estate services and transactions are terribly inefficient. Attempts by software vendors to increase efficiency have fallen flat. Both the realty industry and software vendors have missed the thing of value in real estate services.
Itrans integrates data beginning at the core valuable service and builds outwards.
I am in need of co-founders, advisors and board members to help develop the business around Itrans.
