We are the only Southern Nevada/ Las Vegas area unit and our territory license encompasses a large portion of the city of Henderson. Contours Express is a Women's-Only Circuit Training Fitness facility that feature's Real Weight Machines (specifically designed for women) that produce Real Results in terms of a Woman's personal fitness goals! We are an appropriate solution for women who may be uncomfortable working out in large, impersonal co-gender health clubs, but who do not want to experience the inevitable plateauing phenomenon associated with other women-only facilities that use inferior hydraulic based equipment.
