Business Plan Writer/Potential Equity Partner

I am seeking a motivated and creative individual that would be interested in drafting the business plan and helping me flush out the details and intricacies. I would like for the end product to include a fairly thorough market analysis complete with detailed financial statements and charts. I am flexible with regard to time, but would like this completed in around 4 weeks.
