Chief Marketing Officer

My intentions regarding the formation of an Executive Management team for MetaNetwork Media Inc. are to attract serious venture capital and investors.

Thereby enabling MetaNetwork Media Inc. to smoothly transition from a startup venture to a serious player within our industry in a direct and strategic manner.

I am looking for candidates that have experience in the idustries of media broadcasting and production - advertising and most importantly can understand and grasp the importance of leveraging online virtual communities like Second Life alike as a direct medium for commercial advertising.

The CMO is responsible for defining the companys strategic direction with respect to its product lines and new business initiatives.

The CMO interacts with business units to provide a unified comprehensive marketing strategy to ensure that maximum revenue is derived from the company products and the companys own intellectual property.

Position Requirements
The ideal candidate has must have an entrepreneurial spirit and an internal drive that ensure success in an independent work environment. The ideal candidate is a seasoned strategic planner while at the same time able to oversee the execution of those plans. The candidate is able to manage locally and drive globally. Plus the candidate is sufficiently experienced in the consumer software industry to be able to naturally identify and pursue opportunity.
