Chief Technology Officer

My intentions regarding the formation of an Executive Management team for MetaNetwork Media, Inc. are to attract serious venture capital and investors.

Thereby enabling MetaNetwork Media to smoothly transition from a startup venture to a serious player within our industry in a direct and strategic manner.

I am looking for candidates that have experience in the industries of technology, media broadcasting and production, and most importantly can understand and grasp the importance of leveraging online virtual communities like Second Life and alike as a direct medium for commercial advertising.

The focus of the CTO is strategic, tactical and will be responsible for the development and management of the company's technology infrastructure of the company ensuring that business operations are efficient and effective.

The ideal candidate must have an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong drive for success.

Position Requirements
Bachelors degree...Masters preferred in IT/Technology.

A minimum of 10+ years experience supervising managers in small to medium-sized organizations with demonstrated success at significantly improving operations.

Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills are required.
