My Idea is to start a design Label, a boutique in Soho to eventually grow into a Neiman Marcus type store, but housing a house brand. The price point for merchandise will range from high mid end to very high, Such as a bloomingdales or Nordstrom. In boutique form, it would be a fun, funky place to carry brands such as carried in bloomingdales + Nordstrom. The benefit will be the atmosphere and location!!!!!
