Position Requirements
Looking for someone with comprehensive web development skills, LAMP, java whatever. I don't know any skill better then the other, so it will be your choice. Savvy tech-lover would be good as well. I don't really have the time to hone my skills on these programs which is why I'd like to have someone who's already doing this for a living or has just come out of a comp sci type undergrad program.

Will be a Web 2.0 company with aspects of social networking, advice and forums. Will undoubtedly be something that must be moved on quickly because first mover advantage will be the only way to get there before a Google does. I'd say I have 6 months to do it before a major web 2.0 or other player recognizes the field. Not as revolutionary as what industry analysts say about the cellphone as a portal to consumers, but not too far either.
I am currently working at a hedge fund, but will stop as soon as I have the idea rolling with a junior partner.
