I am seeking a web developer to be a partner in building a dynamic, database-driven website. The idea is basically an online collaboratively-developed resource (similar to a Wiki, but with significant differences) dealing with political and social issues with a social networking component. It would have a very broad appeal and fills what I see to be a significant gap in current online offerings.
While I have gone a long way in developing this idea, it is still very much a work in progress. I don't want someone who would just build something to supplied specifications, but is willing to be an equal in a collaborative relationship to help grow and develop this project.
