Money partner for percentage or loan
I need to fund the purchase of the business with as little as $125,000 to buy all equipment & pay off the land over 10 years or I need the total purchase price of $425,000. Land value is now at $405,000, equipment @ $154,000, gross income about $380,000 per year.
SORRY at this point a secound buyer has purchased the business for $455,000, county appraised the sale at $650,000 in value, I do not expect this person to have the time & background to stick with this business for the long haul.
