Provide financing at a great rate so that the 20 units cash flow as much as possible unitil they are rehabbed and re-sold or condo converted, then re-sold. You get the loan or provide the initial cash to buy the property as-is. I have a real estate license and will be responsible for negotiating the deal, managing the units day to day..buying and selling for the company. I would make a commission off of the sale.
