Vice President of Operations

This individual would be responsible for reporting to me the operations successes and failures and problems. Problems would be reported with a set of solutions. This individual would also be responsible for aiding the CEO in establishing cooperations in various companies.

I high penchant for good business ethics and alegiance are of upmost importance. This indicual would be expected to be tied at the hip with the CEO if he/she is to realize negotiated outcome for their time on the job.
