The partner will be in charge of:
1) researching untapped markets and overseeing outreach efforts
2) licensing, packaging, and distribution of product.
3) marketing and sales of products and services
4) marketing, planning, and production logistics of public seminars (note: within two years it may become necessary to engage contract trainers, which will involve developing pay, commission, and royalty structures, intellectual property agreements, etc.)
