As a partner, I am looking for someone that will help with the construction, finances, and an overall job with bringing this development to life. After it is running, you would definitely have to keep an eye out on everything just as much as I am rather that is working with the property managers and everything else necessary.

Position Requirements
You must have experience in residential real estate. If you have experience in rental properties such as apartments, condos, townhomes, etc.. that is a plus. However, its not a requirement. Right now, I am open.
