VP Finance

Essential to driving sustained growth through capital acquisition through selling the securities of the company and arranging debt financing. Leading the development of business plans, budgets, forecasts and monitoring and reporting against the plans to ensure the organization continues to meeting its financial goals. Providing recurring updates and reports to the leadership and executive team members, including finance activities forecasts and analyses. Managing proper internal controls for the safeguarding of all company assets, risk management activities, as well as ensuring compliance with corporate governance guidelines.
Coordinating and reviewing all appropriations for capital expenditures. Acting as liaison with company legal and investment banking advisors for review and compliance issues. Five or more years of experience in increasingly responsible financial management positions with at least three years experience in a senior financial role.
