Business Manager - Partner

I am looking for a Houston area business manager - partner for a unique music industry website. Looking for an individual that is willing to help build a youth oriented business from the ground up. I need a business manager - partner that is smart, out going, and not afraid to make an honest profit for many years to come. Must be willing to make a small business investment.
