CFO or CEO

We are a Cell Phone advertising company that recently crossed over to profitability 60 days ago. We are looking for a partner to replace one of our majority partners due to health reasons. This is a 33 percent stake and a minimum investment of $150,000. The perfect partner would have a financial or Executive background or skill set. We believe adding a partner with a strong background would benefit the company and ensure our continued success. We do have Angel investor interest but feel the perfect situation would be to bring on the right partner with vested interest. Position Requirements
