I need someone with lots of experience in building up the very fundamental parts of FastRX. After that, we go to a VC firm, get funding, and start making this idea a reality.

FastRX is an automated pharmacy dispensing business.
The idea is simple, the patient goes up to a vending an automated vending machine, talks to a pharmacists over video from a built-in computer, is then certified for their RX by pharmacists, the patient pays with credit card, and the vending machine drops the certain RX to the patient.
Each machine will have anywhere from 30-45 different pre-filled prescriptions in the machine. Each machine will be located outside of specialty clinics, such as pain management, diabetes, hypertension. Depending on what type of clinic the machine is next to, we will put the most commonly prescribed drugs in those machines.
