Director of Service and Support
TwoLeftHands.Net is looking for a Director of Service and Support to help solidify the company's level of service to its end users.
Responsibilities include:
- Addressing concerns raised by end users of the TwoLeftHands.Net bridal and vendor portals
- Oversight of community features such as message boards, ""contact us"" page, blogs, etc.
- In collaboration with the President, VP Sales & Business Development and other key stakeholders, development of documentation, tips, FAQs and other collateral materials designed to improve user experience
- Consultation with technical resources on ease of use issues from the customer perspective

Position Requirements
Significant experience in a customer-facing role is a must. Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred, but will consider experience in lieu of education for the right candidate.
Must be able to demostrate exceptional phone demeanor, bias for customer service and proficiency in written communications.
