Chief Financial Officer

Chief Financial Officer(CFO) will oversee financial planning, reporting, and tax projections. CFO will supervise the Accounting Dept. and Staff. CFO will be responsible for long-term planning and financial strategy to control sustained growth and meet capitalization needs.

Position Requirements
The successful candidate will need to possess credentials in accounting, CPA preferred, and accumen in the legal arena relating to SEC's Regulation D, for private placement of securities.
Imperative that the candidate have people management skills and the ability to work with the team. Our operation demands a small executive labor force and a large production labor crew.
Candidate will need to be able to adapt to new challenges.
