Companies post jobs - and a fees to be paid when the job is filled - while headhunters post detailed profiles about their expertise and experience. When a headhunter sees a job, they use the site's communication tools to contact the employer and request to be engaged on the search
This concept is paradigm shifting because market forces set prices (doing away with retainer searches) and the results will define who is the better recruiter. The concept also negates the reach of a handful of agencies to employers and enables the employers to drive their recruitment effort.
