Leadership Team Members

IWB is seeking partners - Committed, visionary individuals ready to take the business to the next level, help secure funding, launch a successful pilot, and begin expansion efforts. This means sweat equity, excitement and a challenge now, oh so much more as we grow.

We do not expect you to work full time while we are in pre-funding stage. Specific terms are negotiable. We will work with you in exchange for your commitment to do what it takes to make IWB a success.

Leadership team members will provide leadership on one or more strategic priorities.

1.Credit operations. Due diligence, underwriting,
portfolio management
2.Start-up financing and ongoing financing
strategy
3.Establishing organizational structure,processes
4.PR and Marketing strategy
5.Risk management (particularly foreign exchange
risk)

We are open to considering working with individuals outside of the DC metro region.

Position Requirements
IWB's top priority are to fill two key roles. 1) The Finance Guru and 2) The Successful entrepreneur or executive with experience taking a company from start-up through implementation.

We are also interested in candidates with experience in operations, e-commerce, and international development who could take on the roles of COO, CTO, and expansion director post-launch.

Seven+ years' of professional experience is preferred. Flexibility, tenacity, and a passion for the IWB mission are key.
