Partner / Web Development Manager
This position will be the lead in creating and supporting the companies web presence and infrastructure. The ideas, concepts and interactivity ideas are all in place, but we need someone who can take it from paper to the glowing screen.
Ideally, you will be a creative person, with the ability to intake ideas from other team members, combine them with your own to create a fully functioning finished product.
While we could simply hire someone to fulfill this role, and are willing to consider that option, we would prefer to have someone who is creative, driven and very motivated. We see no better motivator than equity in the business itself - if it succeeds, we all succeed.
