This position will be responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy of ShopCulpeperOnline.com Business Development and Growth in conjunction with the President and CEO input.
ShopCulpeperOnline.com is a startup company with no established brand and no established customer base. As such, it will be an essential and important factor that the qualified candidate has experience in a startup environment, preferably within the Internet Advertising and Marketing industry.
The ideal candidates will also be excellent at creating and motivating teams, as this position will be responsible for creating and developing the marketing team for ShopCulpeperOnline.com from scratch, which will involve hiring and managing the entire marketing team.
