Company Overview
Building affordable single family homes throughout the entire state of Vermont. Various state agencies R&D state a need for 12,300 homes by 2010. In our first year we seek to produce 60 homes. The slowly of the real estate market actually assists us, giving us buying leverage for land acquisitions as well as negoiating with builders and suppliers. Most of our competiton are holding housing stock and not currently building new homes or are non-profit organizations.
Unlike non-profit organizations we are a for profit model with strict budgets which must enforced at all properties, because of the volume of home we will produce and sell we can pay our small amount of overhead and have a good ROI.
