With the real estate market in the condition that it is in, we are in the state of a forclosure epademic. There are cities where a major fraction of houses are going under forclosure.This means homes are being auctioned@fractions of market value.While this is a great opertuninty for home buyers,sellers are being forced to compete with the auctions.I would like to found a corperation that will buy up all the houses we can in cities where the circumstances are right.(meaning where we think the market will recover)We will hold these houses at past market values to alow locals to retain the value of their house.If the coperation needs to it can rent these houses to cover costs.When the market recovers the houses will return a profit.
