All Around Dev Guru / VP Engineering / CTO

This is a key role at the partnership level. Initially, you'll be responsible for leading the development of the site, longer term that will evolve into running the dev team and eventually leading the technical direction of the company. You need to have the capability of becoming the CTO of a major technology organization.
You're a Development Guru, experienced, sharp and can build anything you want in record time. Your primary skills are in: .NET, C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, JavaScript, SQL Server, Windows. However, you also understand a variety of other platforms and technologies including: UNIX/LINUX, RoR, Java, PHP etc... You understand software development, you know what methodologies and techniques work, what don't and why. Your true passion is technology, you love being in the weeds and you're good at it. You can also look at the bigger picture, understand industry direction, understand which tools, technologies and frameworks to use when and why.

Position Requirements
- Significant and proven experience in building well-architected, high-scale web sites using ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, JavaScript, CSS, XHTML etc...
- Willing and able to live the startup lifestyle (put in the hours required to succeed, go for 6-12 months with no salary etc...)
- Hungry, flexible and a good fit (tough to describe, but probably the most important aspect)
