We monitor PC/Mac systems for problems and potential harmful conditions (RAM/CPU usage or temp., hard-disk(s), missed security updates etc. even if your kids install software that's not allowed on the family computer!)
Should a problem arise, we contact the client to inform and recommend a solution if needed. Many events are benign and only require a restart.
