We are an application service provider (ASP) within the mortgage banking industry. Our product is a lead generation engine which has been optimized for borrowers with high credit desiring full doc mortgage loans. We deliver targeted and complete mortgage applications in real time. With campaign optimizing we can limit our exposure to only those buyers with great credit.
This model differs from other lead engines in that they generate low quality short from leads where our leads are completed applications that have been underwritten using Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac engines in accordance with our partners established loan guidelines.
As an ASP our product is licensed to our partner allowing for complete product branding. Our revenue model is based on closed loan volume tying our success to yours. We are presently working with an interim partner to establish baseline data. Product is fully functional and returning outstanding ROI despite still being in beta version.

Position Requirements
Our partner will be a federal or State chartered FDIC bank that is a Fannie Mae and HUD approved. Experience in mortgage origination, processing/underwriting, secondary market evaluation/sale, and the desire to grow into a national mortgage lender is a must.
We will only associate with one partner and desire a longer term contract, minimum 5 years. We are located in Seattle but will not limit our search to partners within this region only.
