Ability to help perform the work and then eventually woudl like to grow big enough to use mainly subcontractors, so we can concentrate on sales and marketing.

I have owned my own remodeling company for the past three years. I have had some remarkable jobs and opportunities. My concern is I want to grow my business with someone that has my know how and abilities and will compliment me in areas that are my weakness. I currently do the sales, bids, contracts and most of the work with the help of subcontractors, so I am unable to get it to where it needs to be to continue to be profitable.
