| Job Description | About the Position:
Provide technical sales support for advanced network solutions to the sales group to achieve the Company's revenue objectives: • Maintain an awareness of customers' telecommunications needs and make recommendations to sales management on how the Company's new products or product enhancements may be able to meet those needs. • Assess prospective customers' technical and application environment and develop a telecommunications solution. • Provide technical support during and following the implementation process. • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of telecommunications technologies. |
| Skills & Requirements | Desired Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent plus six years of sales and network engineering experience in a telecommunications provider or vendor environment, of which at least three years involved supporting network architecture in a pre or post-sales engineering capacity and at least two involved sales or providing sales support that involved direct contact with customers. Proficiency working with Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio, and preparing and delivering technical sales presentations.
