| Description | I have been researching buying tax delinquent property from the county I live in and counties that are nearby. I have all of the know how but unfortunately I do not have the funds. I would like to get started with this now, not two years from now. What I need is someone that wants to invest in real estate or just a business in general. The business will start out with me doing all of the necessary paperwork and sending it to the state for review in which they will return a quote on said property. At that point I will purchase the property. When this happens I will contact the appropriate businesses and investors that would be interested in the property.
