Company Information	If you are only interested in this as an investment, thats fine. But if you are wanting to be a working partner, it's all hands on. From growing the product to delivering it. We have help that are great, but need supervision. We have 3 other retail garden center shops, so a working partner will be great to help over things and in the slow times while the plants are growing, you can take a break. We sell herbs all year, but the rest is basicly in the spring (March - June/July) and then again in the fall which is basicly Sept and Oct. You plant the pots, spend 3 months growing them, then sell them within a few months time. We have the experience and knowledge of doing so and we already have the customer base. We need the capital to put it all together and in a place that is ours, not one we rent.
Position Information	None, really. We can teach you what you need to know if you are going to be a working partner. But if you know anything about plants and flowers already, it will just make it all the more easy on yourself.

Description	We have been in the wholesale nursery business for many years now and have leased our nursery. We now would like to buy a property with 12 acres and continue our business. We no longer have the place we were leaseing as it was sold. We do however still have our cusomters as we have other nurseries to contract gorw for us. We also have started a year round herb business and can not keep up with demand. We also have our own retail garden center (3) and do very well, but need additional capital for this endevor. We have some greenhouses and equipment already and the delivery truck. We will need $150,000 and this will cover the 20% down payment on the property. First year sales should be well over $500,000.00, based on what we have done.
