| Company Information | I am looking fo someone who can help finance this as well as help run it. The mall hours run late and it is a 7 day a week job. You can hire help, but you wont get much. One of us would need to be there at least part of every day and in the begining, every day! This is something that I have done before but not in this setting. I have the experience and some of the capital. If you are not interested in being a working partner, I do have someone in mind as a manager and I can oversee everything as I live only 3 min away. |

| Description | There has been a need for years for a nice place to go and sit down and have a nice dessert and a cup of coffee. I have decided to open one in the mall area but also convienant to local restaurants and locals in general. One can go to dinner then come walk around the mall area for a while to make room for dessert. Or someone might just have a seet tooth. Or maybe they want to take something home with them. We will also have a small deli with the main sandwich being a philly steak & cheese. |
