| Company Information | I am opening another location of my garden center and produce market and would like to have a working parnter. I will buy everything to initally set the shop up but will teach you how to do so. You will need how to go to Market in Atlanta to buy as well as go to south FL for buying tropicals, palms, house plants and such. And the main place to go will be to Mexico for the imports of pottery and so much more (too much to name, you'll have to see my pictures and my main location to get the idea). There is also buying plants locally and going to the local whoelsale produce market. This is all something that I can teach you. Your investment will be $75,000.00 and you will have 48% ownership of this location. I have one of my own and another with a partner in Mobile. You will recieve a salary for operating this location and quarter investments will be paid out as well. Sales for this location should avg. $450,000.00 for the first year. | Description | I have 2 locations already and would like to open a 3rd. I have done my homework and this location is going to be great. You will have high local traffice as well as tourist from March thru July. I already have one in a tourist area and do 80% of my business in those 5 months. We close Jan & Feb as well. We go to Mexico for our imports (pottery & such) and to south FL for alot of our plants, but also get some locally. We go to Atl mkt for product twice a year. I have been in this business for 14 years and by far these are the best 2 shops I have ever had. One is in midtown Mobile and does not sell produce. I have formulated a business style that works and KNOW it will in this area too. |
