| Job Description | Taos Industries is seeking a Director for Logistics Services with 20 plus years of Program/Project management and/or Logistics, leadership experience to assist the Vice President of Logistics Services in developing and managing operational programs and business opportunities globally within the logistics services and base operation services industry sectors.
Assists the VP Logistics Services in the operational oversight of Program Management Office staff and multiple program offices in overseas and U.S. locations. Works with PM staff and Business Operations staff to ensure that assigned programs are managed in accordance with contract requirements, Federal Acquisition Regulations, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), partnership and subcontract agreements, customer needs, and enterprise practices. Reviews consolidated program metrics and program status and makes reasoned recommendations to VP, Logistics Services and senior management. |
| Skills & Requirements | Director for Logistics Services is responsible for assisting the Vice President (VP) of Logistics Services in the management of Logistics Services Programs that provide logistics services and base operation services globally for DoD agencies and activities. The Director of Logistics Services also manages the program manager bench, Logistics Services operations analysis branch, maintaining PMO ISO certification program, and coordinating with the Business Operations Staff for program support.
