| Description | I have 2 locations already and would like to open a 3rd. I have done my homework and this location is going to be great. You will have high local traffice as well as tourist from March thru July. I already have one in a tourist area and do 80% of my business in those 5 months. We close Jan & Feb as well. We go to Mexico for our imports (pottery & such) and to south FL for alot of our plants, but also get some locally. We go to Atl mkt for product twice a year. I have been in this business for 14 years and by far these are the best 2 shops I have ever had. One is in midtown Mobile and does not sell produce. I have formulated a business style that works and KNOW it will in this area too. |
